All payments made on Wild Connect Academy are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

For subscription-based access:
Payments are non-refundable once billing is processed
Users may cancel future renewals at any time
Access remains active until the end of the paid period
Before initiating a chargeback, users must contact support to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension
Loss of access to purchased content
Restriction from future purchases
We encourage fair dispute resolution through our support team.
If a refund is approved:
Processing may take 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
